Air Fryer Korean Fried Chicken
Crispy and juicy fried chicken for your movie night. 😋🥘

Ingredients
- 8 Chicken wings
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Ground ginger
- Bleck pepper
- 1/2 cup Fried batter
- Wet fried batter (1/2 cup Fried batter + 1 cup Water)
- Vegetable Oil
- Instant Korean chicken sauce
- White sesame
- Spring onion
Tools
Place chicken wings, salt, pepper, minced garlic, ground ginger and black pepper. Mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic and chill in refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
Remove chicken wings from refrigerator. Coat each wing with dry batter, then dip into wet batter. Coat with dry batter again. Brush oil over the wings.
Place parchment paper into air fryer. You can also brush oil on the frying grate instead of using parchment paper.
Arrange the wings into air fryer.
Cook at 180°C for 30 minutes. Flip the wings once, when completed 15 minutes.
Coat the wings with instant Korean chicken sauce.
Sprinkle with white sesame and spring onion. Enjoy!
